How to use your Lean Six Sigma Academy exam voucher? 

  1. Purchase your Lean Six Sigma exam voucher in the shop 
  2. Go to "Book an Exam" on our website and book your exam
  3. Pay with the voucher code at the end of the booking. 
  4. You will receive an email with your order confirmation.  
  5. For Lean Yellow Belt exam, you will receive per email your login code and an exam code. You can then login via Remindo Booking to start the exam directly.

Lean Black Belt Exam

Lean Black Belt Exam

40 multiple choice questions with 120 minutes duration.
At least 25 correctly answered questions required to pass the exam.
This is an open-book exam and the exam is in English or Dutch. 
A simple calculator is allowed for this exam.
Your valid ID is mandatory.

The exam consists of 40 multiple choice questions with 120 minutes duration.
At least 25 correctly answered questions required to pass the exam.
This is an open-book exam and the exam is in English or Dutch.

You are allowed to use a simple calculator for this exam.
It is mandatory to take your valid ID to the exam.

Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt Certification Exam

This exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions.
In order to pass the exam, you will need to answer at least 32 questions correctly.
This is an open book exam.
The duration of the exam is 90 minutes.
Simple calculators are permitted for this exam.
It is mandatory to take your valid ID to the exam.
The exam is available in English and Dutch. 
The exam can be taken online.
